What are Courses?
Courses were designed to meet the needs of trainers wanting State or Federally-Mandated timed training. Courses are based on State and Federal Guidelines ensuring you get the exact training you need to meet requirements. Students receive a certificate upon completion and the company can download a report anytime that details who took the course, when they took it, how long it took them to complete it and who has successfully completed the course.
OSHA 10 Equivalent General Industry & Construction:
The OSHA 10 Hour Safety Outreach Training Program is intended to provide training for a worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards. We offer both 10 Construction and 10 Hour General Industry Courses. After taking this course you will have confidence to step on a job-site with safety in mind. You will be taught how to spot, avoid and report safety and health risks while on a job site as well as the basic fundamentals of safety. Employees who complete the curricula will receive a wallet card verifying that they have been trained on the topics that the OSHA curricula recommends with QR code on required modules. Subjects include Intro to OSHA, Walking & Working Surfaces, Fall Protection, Emergency Procedures, Electrical safety, PPE, HAZCOM, Material handling, Machine Guarding, Industrial Hygiene, Bloodborne Pathogens, Ergonomics and more!
State Specific Sexual Harassment Course – Employee & Supervisor Versions Available
This course engages employees and raises their awareness about harassment and discrimination in the workplace by explaining the law and providing insight on how to appropriately respond to and report misconduct. The course content is specific to the state of which the sexual harassment training is mandated. Currently available for California, Illinois and New York.
HAZWOPER 8 hour Annual Refresher Training
Workers at uncontrolled hazardous waste operations and those involved in emergency response actions must receive eight hours of HAZWOPER refresher training each year. If you completed 40-hour HAZWOPER training or 24-hour HAZWOPER training, you must take the 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher course annually as required by OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.120. This 100% online course satisfies OSHA’s 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher training requirement at a low price. Students can instantly download a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of their training. The eight-module course takes at least eight hours to complete, and students have 365 days to finish the course after purchase. You have an unlimited number of attempts to pass quizzes and the final exam. How Long Does HAZWOPER 8 Certification Last? The certification from an 8-hour HAZWOPER course is valid for up to 12 months. You’ll be required to retake the HAZWOPER Refresher course every 12 months to keep your certification. If you miss the deadline, you may be required to complete your original 40-hour or 24-hour HAZWOPER training again.
DOT Drug & Alcohol Training
Employee Version
This 60 minute course addresses the training needs of CDL drivers as mandated by the DOT. Drivers are trained on the effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace as well as behind the wheel and what rights and obligations they have regarding drug testing.
Supervisor Version
49 CFR 382.603 is the applicable regulation requiring supervisors of commercial motor vehicle drivers who operate vehicles that require a commercial driver license to take 60 minutes of training on the symptoms of alcohol abuse and another 60 minutes of training on the symptoms of controlled substances use (120 minutes in total). The purpose of this training is to teach supervisors to identify circumstances and indicators that may create reasonable suspicion that a driver is using or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, supporting referral of an employee for testing.

This 60 minute course defines some common types of harassment and you will learn what to do in these situations. Failure to respond to a complaint can result in your company being liable for monetary damages when an employee has to seek intervention from a governmental agency or file a lawsuit. You may be personally liable if you harass an employee or if someone complains to you and no action is taken. By being prepared, you can take appropriate action to investigate and resolve claims of harassment. Early resolution of all harassment claims prevents costly administrative or legal action.

Traffic Control Training – 60 Minutes
This course provides students with a basic understanding of traffic control safety procedures. There are 3 Modules: Safety Orientation, Flagger Safety and Traffic Control Basics. It’s a great way to train new employees on the basics or as refresher training for those who work in or near situations involving traffic control.
